Accommodation at a comparable hotel will be paid for by the hotel for the first night if a guest is displaced. Complimentary one-way ground transportation between the hotel and the alternate hotel will be provided. The hotel will forward telephone messages and mail for displaced guests. The company will receive credit for displaced guests toward its annual room-night production. If a room becomes available and the guest declines to return, the hotel will have no further obligations. Upon return, upgraded accommodations will be provided if available, along with a welcome expression from the General Manager.
